Annual Congregational Meeting: Sunday, February 12.

We will worship at 10:15, enjoy pancakes and sausage at 11:00 (free will offering; proceeds to our junior and senior youth groups), and move into our Annual Meeting immediately after. Sign up sheets for lunch are outside Fellowship Hall Sunday morning, or contact the church office (519-742-3578; office@tuckitchener.org)

All ladies are invited to the next UCW meeting at Zion United Church on Tuesday, February 14th, at 2pm. Gail Kadwell will share her beautiful sewing talent.

Parables that Read You - a study and reflection group on the Parables of Jesus and your life. An evening group will begin meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 7:45 pm at 12 Sherwood Ave. (Desmond’s home). Please contact Desmond if you are interested in joining. New from the United Church Publishing House, "I Am Listening" Daily Devotions for Lent, edited by Betty Lynn Schwab, the Minister of Worship and Music at the General Council Office of the United Church of Canada. A limited number of copies are available from the church office; $10 ea. incl. taxes.

The Prayer Group will now meet on Fridays at 10:45 a.m. in the Prayer Room, located in the room on the left (facing double doors) at the back of the Chapel. Please join us in person as you are able, or where in spirit from wherever you are Friday morning. Thank you for your continued interest in, and support of, Spirit-led prayer at Trinity.

In recognition of International Women’s Week, the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region is hosting our 6th Annual Open Closet; this year’s event is on Tuesday, March 9th, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in two locations!

SASC invites all women and their children to shop through our fabulous selection of gently-used, free clothing, while enjoying refreshments!

Community members interested in donating gently-used women’s and children’s clothing are encouraged to begin sorting through their closets! Clothing donations can be made on Thursday, March 8th, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in BOTH locations listed above!
